SL-252 Nano Water-Cured Grouting Material

 This material is a high molecular polymer with water as the dispersion medium. After dissolving in water, it does not increase the viscosity of water. Under the pressure of grouting equipment, it can quickly penetrate into all water-permeable gaps and instantly undergo a curing reaction. It forms a 100% impermeable colloid that is resistant to acid and alkali, corrosion-resistant, and highly flexible. It tightly bonds the underground concrete together, further filling all leakage gaps. Thus, it achieves the purpose of leak stopping and seepage control.

Product advantages:

 1. It can absorb moisture from leaks during curing, making it highly suitable for leak sealing with water present.

 2. It cures by itself without external materials and can adjust the curing time according to the situation. The curing time can be controlled between 30 seconds and 5 minutes, allowing flexible application based on the circumstances.

 3. The cured gel exhibits high flexibility and effectively addresses the issue of structural expansion and contraction.

 4. After curing, it will expand by 10% when exposed to water. This solves the problem of secondary rebound.

 5. Due to its extremely low viscosity and the same concentration as water, it can penetrate all gaps that water can penetrate. Under the pressure of grouting equipment, its penetration range can reach up to 3 meters. This makes up for the deficiency of traditional grouting fluids, which have high viscosity and cannot penetrate into fine gaps, thus eliminating the need for excessive nails.

 7. It exhibits good chemical resistance to most acids and alkalis, and is not affected by biological damage.

Scope of application:

 1. Large-area leakage prevention and seepage control projects for new and old building roofs, shear wall honeycombs, basement floor slabs, garage roofs, elevator shafts, tunnels, bridges, subways, dams, etc.

 2. Repeated water leakage from underground foundation construction works, underground brick walls, sinking well seepage prevention works, structural construction joints, expansion joints, settlement joints, deformation joints, and post-cast strips, as well as the actual bonding of all contact surfaces.

Product Ingredients:

 1. Material A (4kg) serves as the main agent, while Material B (0.5kg) acts as the curing agent. Place both AB materials into two separate buckets, add 16/20kg of clean water to each, stir until dissolved, and you are ready to use. Depending on the actual construction needs, you may adjust the water amount by ±20%.

 2. Generally, the curing time is preferably 1-3 minutes, which can be adjusted according to the construction situation. The less water added, the faster it will solidify.

 3. AB materials should not be poured into the same bucket. Markings indicating the use of A and B materials should be clearly visible on the grouting machine, mixing stick, and bucket. Do not mix them, as this may cause them to solidify.

Construction method:

 1. Drill holes at the leakage site. Drill 2-3 holes per meter

 2. Install a water stop needle at the drilling site

 3. After all components are installed, start the grouting equipment, connect the combined ab discharge port to the water stop needle, and turn on the manual control switch to proceed with grouting. Pressure can be appropriately increased or decreased based on the structural conditions to ensure that the grout penetrates into the tiniest gaps of the structure. If grout leakage occurs on the surface of the structure during the grouting process, the grouting operation should be stopped immediately, and appropriate measures should be taken to seal the leakage point before continuing the grouting operation.

Notes:

1. The prepared slurry should be used up as soon as possible, with a maximum storage time of no more than 5 days. It must be stored in a cool place, avoiding sunlight and high temperatures.

2. During construction, it is necessary to wear protective equipment such as gloves, masks, and goggles. Direct contact with materials is prohibited to prevent slurry from entering the eyes or contacting the skin.

3. During construction, there is a large amount of visible water, so Group AB should reduce the amount of water added appropriately. Packaging specifications and transportation: Each set of materials has a net weight of 4.5 kilograms. This product is not flammable or explosive and can be transported as ordinary goods.
