SL-253 polyurethane epoxy reinforcement material is a type of reinforcement material modified from special polyurethane and epoxy resin, suitable for rapid curing in water. It is a two-component type, featuring low viscosity, high permeability, chemical resistance, cold resistance, heat resistance, impact resistance, and vibration resistance. The setting time can be adjusted according to construction requirements, making it suitable for general reinforcement treatment and emergency reinforcement.

Scope of application:

It is widely used for grouting, repairing, and reinforcing various conditions such as concrete structures, brick slab voids and gaps, and cracks. It can also be used for the repair and construction of damp basement floors, such as cracks in subways, tunnels, bridge piers and decks, beams and columns, floor slabs, precast slabs, porous floors, structural walls, etc.

1. High solid content, low heat release after hardening, high strength, good toughness, strong adhesion, chemical corrosion resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, cold resistance, heat resistance, impact and vibration resistance, and no shrinkage.

2. It can be used for water-bearing operations, ensuring that construction on wet surfaces remains unaffected, and it exhibits excellent performance on various structures.

3. The material solidification time is adjustable, making it suitable for a variety of complex construction environments.

4. High-pressure grouting or low-pressure injector construction can penetrate into the extremely fine cracks of the structure, fully achieving the effect of repair and reinforcement, restoring the integrity of the structure, and achieving the goal of integration. It can maximize the repair and reinforcement effect on buildings.

Notes:

1.Agent A and Agent B must be mixed evenly at the prescribed ratio of 1:1 before use.

2.After mixing A and B agents, they should be used up within the usable time to avoid the material curing and becoming unusable.

3. After use, spatulas, stirrers, containers, etc. should be cleaned with xylene and acetone before they harden.

4. During construction, avoid contact with the skin. If necessary, wear protective clothing and gloves.
