Emergency Polyurethane Grouting Material
SL‑Emergency Polyurethane Grouting Material is a two‑component hydrophobic polyurethane grouting material designed for emergency repair. It reacts immediately upon contact with water and expands rapidly in volume to form a water‑insoluble foam. It not only performs waterproofing and leakage stoppage, but also provides a certain degree of reinforcement.
Features
- 1.Fast curing: It rapidly reacts, foams and cures upon contact with water. The reaction time can be adjusted by the dosage of Component A, and is generally controllable from tens of seconds to tens of minutes.
2.Excellent hydrophobicity and high chemical stability.
3.High strength: When formed under closed conditions, the compressive strength can reach 20 MPa within several hours.
4.Large penetration radius and high volume expansion ratio. It reacts quickly with water and generates considerable expansion pressure, driving the grout to diffuse deep into cracks and form a tough consolidated body. The free expansion ratio can generally reach more than 25 times.
