SL-200 polymer cement waterproof coating
1. Product Introduction
JS Composite Waterproof Coating is a new type of green waterproof coating recommended by the Ministry of Construction.SL brand JS Composite Waterproof Coating is developed by absorbing advanced foreign technology. It is a two-component waterproof coating composed of organic liquid and inorganic powder.
It is a new waterproof material that combines the high elasticity of organic materials and the excellent durability of inorganic materials. After application, it forms a highly elastic and high-strength waterproof coating, and can be formulated into colored coatings as required.
2. Main Features
- Can be applied on wet or dry substrates of various materials.
- Tough and high-strength coating with excellent water resistance, weather resistance and durability.
- Can be mixed with pigments to form colored coatings.
- Cold construction, non-toxic, odorless, pollution-free, safe and simple to apply.
- No sagging during application on vertical surfaces, sloped surfaces and ceilings.
- Excellent adhesion to substrate and various surface materials such as cement mortar.
3. Main Technical Specifications
Standard: GB/T 23445-2009

4. Applications
Suitable for waterproofing works of various new and old buildings and structures, such as:
roof, underground, exterior wall, bathroom, toilet, tunnel, bridge, water tank and other projects.
5. Application Method
1.The substrate must be smooth, firm, clean, free of standing water and leakage.
Uneven areas shall be leveled first; leaking areas must be plugged first.
Internal and external corners should be made into arc angles.
2.Take materials according to the specified ratio.
If water is needed, add it to the liquid component first, then add powder while stirring with a mixer until the mixture is uniform and free of lumps (stirring time: about 3 minutes; mechanical mixing is preferred).
- -Primer (weight ratio):Liquid : Powder : Water = 10 : 10 : 10
-Base, middle and top coats (weight ratio):Liquid : Powder : Water = 10 : 10 : 1Pigments can be added to the top coat for color.Within the specified water range: little or no water for sloped, vertical or ceiling surfaces; more water for flat surfaces.
3.Use appropriate tools (roller, brush, scraper, etc.) to complete construction layer by layer:
primer → base coat → top coat.
4.The protective layer or decorative layer can be constructed 2 days after the waterproof layer is completed.
When applying mortar, clean medium-coarse sand can be scattered immediately after the last coat of the waterproof layer for easier construction.
In addition, the material can be mixed into putty at a ratio of
Liquid : Powder = 10 : 20–30
and used as bonding or sealing material.
6. Precautions
- 1.Stir the coating at any time if precipitation occurs (especially the primer).
2.Apply the coating evenly without local accumulation.Roll and brush several times to eliminate bubbles between coating and substrate, ensuring tight bonding.
3.Each layer must be applied at the specified dosage; avoid too thick or too thin.If the total thickness is insufficient, apply one or more additional coats.Total coating layers: no less than 3.
- 4.The interval between layers depends on the previous layer being dry and non-tacky (normally 3–6 hours).Longer curing time in low temperature, high humidity and poor ventilation; shorter in opposite conditions.
- 5.If non-woven fabric is to be applied, the lower and upper coats must be constructed continuously.Lay the fabric flat and brush firmly to avoid blisters.
6.Do not construct under 0 ℃ or in rain. Not suitable for extremely damp and unventilated environments.
7. Storage and Transportation
- 1.Protect from direct sunlight and rain; keep packages intact.
2.Liquid component: store in a cool place above 5 ℃.Powder component: store in a dry place.Shelf life: 12 months for both components.
