1. Product Introduction

Cementitious Capillary Crystalline Waterproofing Coating produced by our company is formulated with ordinary Portland cement, cellulose and active chemical substances.After mixing with water and application, the active chemicals penetrate into the concrete and react chemically when encountering water, forming crystals inside the concrete.These crystals automatically fill and block voids and fine cracks caused by various factors in the concrete.With excellent self-healing capacity, the product achieves permanent waterproofing effect.

4. Application Method

1. 1.Before application, remove paint, oil, dirt, cement laitance and loose materials from the substrate using a pressure water gun or wire brush.

   Keep the surface clean, rough and damp to fully open the concrete capillaries for penetration of active chemicals.

   Repair uneven or honeycombed areas before application.

   2.Dry powder broadcasting:

   Broadcast the product evenly on the cushion layer by hand or sieve at the specified dosage half an hour before concrete pouring.

   3.On newly placed and unset concrete surface:

   Broadcast the product evenly by hand or sieve, then smooth and compact.
4. 
   4.Spraying or brushing:

   Wet both new and old concrete surfaces sufficiently without standing water.

   Spraying or brushing can be carried out 20 hours after concrete placement.

   5.Mix the product with water at a ratio of 1 : 0.25 (product : water),

   stir evenly with a low-speed portable electric mixer (do not add water during application).

   Normal consumption: 1.5–1.8 kg/㎡.

   Use the mixed material within 20 minutes after mixing.

   6.Brush back and forth in crisscross directions to ensure uniform coverage on uneven areas.

   Apply two coats normally.

   The second coat shall be applied within 48 hours while the first coat is still damp.

5. Curing

1. 1.Cure the coating by mist spraying when it is semi-dry.

   Water pressure shall be low.

   Cure at least 3 times per day for 3 consecutive days; increase frequency in hot weather.

   2.Protect the surface from rain and direct exposure to sunlight within 2 days after application.

   Use ventilation equipment if air circulation is poor.

6. Precautions

1. 1.Keep away from direct sunlight and rain; maintain intact packaging.
2. 
   2.Store in a dry warehouse.
3. 
   3.Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear rubber gloves during construction.
   In case of eye contact, flush repeatedly with clean water and seek medical treatment immediately.
