Product Introduction

SL-921 flexible waterproof transparent adhesive is a new type of waterproof coating adhesive (transparent) formulated using a special polymer copolymer as the base material and various modifying agents. This product exhibits film-forming properties, flexibility, wear resistance, breathability, and excellent weather resistance. It can be directly applied to base surfaces such as wall tiles, stone, and cement concrete without peeling or powdering, preventing cement efflorescence and effectively preventing water infiltration into the substrate. With a long service life, it provides a reliable guarantee for enhancing the durability of walls and is a water-based eco-friendly product.

Scope of Application

1. Waterproof repair for leakage on the exterior walls of various buildings, as well as anti-corrosion and waterproof impermeable coating for inorganic materials such as wall tiles, marble, granite, and cement-based materials.

2. Anti-corrosion and waterproof coating for inorganic materials such as cement, ceramics, and glass.

3. For the surface and bottom layers, waterproofing (mildew prevention) and anti-corrosion measures are applied to decorative surfaces such as new and old roof walls, new and old basements, bathrooms, baths, parking platforms, swimming pools, civil air defense projects, impermeable and moisture-proof structures, irregular structures, and complex parts.

Main Features

1. The coating is colorless and transparent, and after application, it will not damage the original decorative effect of the wall surface, nor will it exhibit phenomena such as yellowing, dust accumulation, or dirt accumulation.

2. It is resistant to heat, ultraviolet rays, ozone, acids, and alkalis, with a wide range of weather resistance adaptability; it is blended with special modifiers and surfactants.

3. The coating film exhibits good film-forming properties, strong adhesion, and toughness, capable of resisting the stress generated during deformation and cracking of the substrate.

4. Using water as the dispersion medium, it is non-flammable, non-toxic, odorless, environmentally friendly, and classified as an eco-friendly product.

5. Cold construction, safe operation, easy construction, can be directly sprayed, painted, brushed, and scraped on the wall surface.

6. The film-forming material possesses microporous breathability, suitable for thermal evaporation in humid climates of the south, and does not bulge.

Instructions for use

1. Waterproofing of exterior wall ceramic tiles: The base surface should be thoroughly cleaned, dried, and free of oil and dust. Cracks should be repaired, and honeycomb and pitted surfaces should be eliminated. Manual brushing or high-pressure mist spraying should be used to ensure full coverage and penetration.

2. Cement-based concrete: For swimming pools, the base surface should be dense, firm, and dry. For uneven and cracked areas, it is necessary to apply waterproof putty. Generally, 2-3 coats are sufficient. When applying, ensure that the previous coat is dry and non-sticky before applying the next coat, and the application direction should be crisscrossed. The interval between coats should be based on the previous coat being dry and non-sticky, with a maximum coating interval of no more than 36 hours. Material joints can be directly coated. Construction should not be carried out in wet and humid environments such as rainy weather.

After the waterproof layer construction is completed, all parts of the entire project should be carefully inspected, especially the gaps between tiles on the exterior walls. The coating should be free from omissions, delamination, edge warping, cracks, and other issues. If any problems are found, the causes should be identified and timely repairs should be carried out.

1. During construction, ensure that the product completely covers the base surface and allow it to cure for 24 hours before proceeding with other operations.
