1. Function Description
The multi-functional spraying machine is a continuous-duty spray pump, suitable for various ready-mixed mortars, putties and real stone paints with aggregate diameter no more than 1 mm.
The machine is equipped with a frequency conversion control system, which can adjust the spraying pressure according to your needs, and achieve the desired spraying effect with multi-caliber nozzles.
It can improve working efficiency equivalent to more than 5 workers and reduce labor costs.

The multi-functional spraying machine is suitable for construction on interior walls, exterior walls, ceilings, floors and the following materials on various construction sites:
putty, real stone paint, texture coating, plastering gypsum, plastering mortar, cement slurry, waterproof primer.

Operation, Cleaning & Maintenance
I. Startup and Operation
1. Fixing and Inspection
(1) Lock the caster brakes before starting the machine.(2) Inspect all parts of the machine before startup to ensure all components are intact and clean, and no foreign matter in the hopper.
2. Power Connection
Before powering on the distribution box, all switches must be turned off.Connect the main power plug to the drive motor socket.Ensure the power supply meets the required voltage for normal operation.
3. Wetting the Spray Hose
Wet the spray hose before connection.
4. Spray Gun Connection
Connect the spray hose and air hose to the spray gun.Connect the other end of the spray hose to the screw pump flange shaft, and the other end of the air hose to the air compressor outlet.Turn on the air switch on the spray gun.
5. Feeding and Conveying
Pour the pre-stirred wet material into the hopper.Turn on the air compressor, main power switch and motor switch in sequence.The machine runs and discharges material.Adjust the frequency conversion knob and air outlet flange according to the required working pressure and air output.
II. Machine Cleaning
1. Cleaning the Spray Hose
After use, turn on the main power switch and motor switch.
- For oil-based coatings: clean with xylene 2–3 times first, then rinse with clean water.
- For water-based coatings: clean directly with clean water.Flush the machine until no residual material remains in the spray hose.
2. Cleaning the Hopper
- Clean the inner wall of the hopper with a wire brush.
- Rinse the hopper with water, open the discharge port and drain the residual material.
III. Maintenance Measures
- Clean the whole machine and check the integrity of all parts after daily construction; conduct a full inspection before each use.
- Disassemble and clean the screw pump flange shaft weekly to ensure no material residue.
- If the machine has not been used for a long time, perform a full inspection before reuse, especially the wear of the drive motor and screw pump.Only use original accessories such as rotor, stator and drive shaft, as they are precisely matched.Using non-original parts will void the warranty and reduce pump performance.
