Product Description

SL-251 acrylate grouting material is a water-soluble grouting material primarily composed of acrylate. It consists of two components: acrylate (Component A) and initiator (Component B). It is generally grouted using a two-fluid grouting pump and forms a highly elastic gel after curing. It is mainly used for leakage water treatment without strength requirements, soil consolidation, and grouting of foundation anti-seepage curtains.

Product Features

1. Good pourability. Extremely low viscosity, less than 10 mPa·s.

2. Good construction performance. Rapid curing in less than 30 seconds.

3. The gel has a certain degree of elasticity. With an elongation rate of over 200%, it effectively solves the problem of structural expansion and contraction deformation.

4. Good bonding performance. It has excellent bonding performance with concrete surfaces, and the bonding strength is greater than the strength of its own gel.

5. Excellent environmental performance. With an LD50 greater than 5000mg/Kg, it is classified as an essentially non-toxic product.

6. Good impermeability. The consolidated body has excellent impermeability, with a permeability coefficient not exceeding 10-6 cm/s.

Scope of Application

1. Waterproof grouting for leakage in concrete structure cracks, expansion joints, and settlement joints.

2. Consolidate loose soil and sand.

3. Impervious curtain grouting for building structures that permanently withstand water pressure, such as dams and reservoirs;

4. Used for waterproofing and leakage prevention in tunnels or sealing of tunnel linings;

5. Used for seepage prevention and leakage blocking in underground structures such as basements, kitchens, and bathrooms;

6. Used for sealing cracks and preventing leakage in concrete and rock structures;

7. Control of water in the soil during tunnel excavation.

Key construction points

Double-fluid grouting:

1. Drill a hole or make a slot at the leakage location.

2. Visible leakage points and cracks on the structure surface should be sealed with rapid-setting cement. The cement used to seal the leakage points and cracks should fully set and cure, achieving a certain strength, before acrylate grouting is carried out.

3. Use a hand pump or electric high-pressure pump for grouting operations, with a grouting pressure ranging from 0.2 to 0.6 MPa. Depending on the quality of the sealing and the structural conditions, the pressure can be appropriately increased to ensure that the grout penetrates into the tiniest gaps in the structure.

4. During the grouting process, if there is any leakage of grout on the surface of the structure, the grouting operation should be stopped immediately, and appropriate measures should be taken to seal the leakage point before continuing the grouting.

Precautions

1. Components A and B of this product are aqueous solutions, non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-toxic, and should be stored in plastic containers.

2. Ensure proper labor protection and ventilation facilities, promptly clean any parts of the body that come into contact with water, and seek medical attention if swallowed.
